Warranty Coverage
All Kybun and Joya footwear purchased from our store comes with a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty Period
- Kybun and Joya products are covered for 6 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
What Is Covered
- Defects in materials used in the construction of the shoe
- Manufacturing defects such as sole separation, stitching failures, or structural issues
- Defective hardware (buckles, zippers, etc.)
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents
- Damage caused by improper care or storage
- Cosmetic damage (scuffs, scratches, color fading from use)
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
- Modifications or alterations made to the product
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and proof of purchase.
- Provide clear photos of the defect.
- Our team will assess the claim and respond within 3-5 business days.
- If the claim is approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
Important Notes
Please retain your proof of purchase as it is required for all warranty claims. This warranty is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in the Sultanate of Oman.
