We offer fast delivery across Oman. Orders within Muscat arrive within 1-2 business days. Orders outside Muscat arrive within 2-4 business days. GCC shipping is also available.

Sealed products are final sale and cannot be returned. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, and online payment via Thawani.

For products that haven't been released yet, you can place a pre-order. Your order will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available. Release dates may change based on manufacturer schedules.
