Shipping Areas
We currently ship across the Sultanate of Oman to all governorates and wilayats. Orders are processed and shipped from our location in Al Maabilah, Muscat.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Muscat area: 1-2 business days
- Other governorates: 2-5 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery wilayat and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via WhatsApp with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.
Packaging
All perfume and incense products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items are wrapped with protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Delivery Notes
- Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct when placing your order.
- Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the package.
- If delivery is unsuccessful, we will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange redelivery.
